The name Allenatore means “Coach” in Italian, which holds close to Elena’s Italian heritage and describes the very reason for the founding of the company.
She is a double gator with a Master’s degree in International Business
and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
While attending UF, Elena was inducted into the oldest and most prestigious leadership honorary in the state of Florida - Florida Blue Key. Founded in 1923, the organization has established a supportive community including 7000+ alumni in distinguished professional leadership roles.
Elena’s college experience was guided by making her own decisions so she pursued, involved and engaged with things that she liked and enjoyed. By her second year of college, she had taken the CliftonStrengths® assessment for a class assignment. Ever since that day with one presentation… she decided to take it upon herself to learn more about her Strengths.
Elena received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through ICF, the global gold standard organization for coaching.
Elena has continued her education with Gallup, earning her credential as a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach. She also took courses with Empowerment, Inc to grow her coaching skills through earning certifications as a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Mental and Emotional Release® (MER®), and Hypnotherapy.
Meaningful change doesn’t start and end with a presentation… it’s continuous learning experience.
You’ll frequently hear from students, parents, and teachers how to solve an algebraic equation, but school doesn’t teach you or provide the proper tools on how to be good leaders. We learn a lot of technical skills but to be successful… we have to develop the necessary soft skills.
This is a powerful time in your lives to act on the things that you're passionate about or the things that you’ve always wanted to do.
