The name Allenatore means “Coach” in Italian, which holds close to Elena’s Italian heritage and describes the very reason for the founding of the company.
Elena Pastore is a Leadership and Career Coach who is driven by enabling clients to find fulfilling and empowering career paths where they are inspired to put their leadership skills into action. She help business professionals land their next role by breaking through internal limitations to align their authentic purpose in their careers. Having coached 300+ clients to advance their career paths, Elena believes everyone can have a job they love that is aligned with their skills and values, and she helps clients lean into that.
Elena works with individual clients on CliftonStrengths® development, leadership development, and communication strategy. She also coaches companies and teams to hone their leadership impact as a unit to achieve increased engagement, satisfaction, and stronger organizational culture.
She is a double gator with a Master’s degree in International Business
and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
During her time at UF, Elena was inducted into the oldest and most prestigious leadership honorary in the state of Florida - Florida Blue Key. Founded in 1923, the organization has established a supportive community including 7000+ alumni in distinguished professional leadership roles.
Elena received her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through ICF, the global gold standard organization for coaching.
Elena has continued her education with Gallup, earning her credential as a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach. She also took courses with Empowerment, Inc to grow her coaching skills through earning certifications as a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Mental and Emotional Release® (MER®), and Hypnotherapy.

You’ll frequently hear from students, parents, and teachers how to solve an algebraic equation, but school doesn’t teach you or provide the proper tools on how to be good leaders. We learn a lot of technical skills but to be successful… we have to develop the necessary soft skills.

Abbie is a 2L at UF Levin College of Law. She also earned her bachelor's from UF in agricultural education and communication and Spanish with a minor in leadership. Abigail enjoys learning new things and is passionate about helping others find things they enjoy and advocating for agriculture.
